I found the location quite convenient, steps from the train station. staff provided baggage storage after checkout, helpful. the room looked just like the photos. Earplugs were available, although the train noise didn't bother me. i appreciated the complimentary cookies upon arrival too.
The complimentary breakfast had limited options. I wished for more choices for vegans.

the room was clean. i found the bed comfortable. the provided amenities were of high quality, not basic options. the complimentary flapjack was a welcome touch. breakfast included really good pastries. i especially liked the raspberry croissant, it was still slightly warm and generously filled with jam.
i noticed that the check-in hours were somewhat limited, though i managed to work around them by adjusting my travel plans.

my room was a double room private bathroom. the location is really great. the train station are close. this made getting around super easy. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. it.
i found a dirty carpet in my room. the noise from that started early. the bar was closed so i had to go to another pub.
